Keyspan USB>serial

I've compiled the modules of Keyspan when I installed Ubuntu,

when I
modprobe -l | grep keyspan

/lib/modules/2.6.8.1-3-386/kernel/drivers/usb/serial/keyspan.ko

when I
modprobe -l | grep usbserial

/lib/modules/2.6.8.1-3-386/kernel/drivers/usb/serial/usbserial.ko

but when I look at /dev, there's no ttyUSB,

did anyone try keyspan already? mine is 19QW.
