Video chat for Ubuntu?

Hi all,

I'm wondering if it is possible to get some sort of video chat application for use under Ubuntu?

My parents are stuck on a Windows machine, and they are using Paltalk, so if there's anything in the linux world which can access either the Paltalk, MSN, AOL or Yahoo network and be useful for video chat, then I'll be a happy chappy :-)

And is there a list over the webcams which are supported under Ubuntu?
