Boot Splash Howto anyone ?

I would not recomend this. I did that on my RedHat 9 laptop. It is real
PITA. You have to get kernel source, then patch it with patch from
bootpslash.org, comiple it, then you have to tincker with framebuffer
options in grub (choosing right mode), I had to modify some rc scripts,
I hade big problems trying to get progressbar working....
Finaly, I did get it to work, looked awesome, but too much trouble.
Wait for usplash from Ubuntu devs.
