Would Ubuntu be the first distro to support Pocket PC devices outof the box?

Hey guys, 

This is a big requirement for me at the moment ( and in
future ) as I have an XDA2 with ppc2003. 

I really need to get it working with evo2 and the xchange plugin.. I'm
not a coder by any stretch of the defafintion, but am willing to run
tests and put my PC through as much tourture as you require.
