python2.3-gnome2: The latest version of python-gnome2 is missing the gtkhtml module

This is actually for python2.3-gnome2 2.9.0.  It's missing the gtkhtml
package and broke my gdesklets.  Downgrading to 2.6.1-1 fixed the
problem.
