Firefox flash not working right?

I am running Hoary and just for the heck of it visited this site which I
saw referenced on this list:

www.americasarmy.com

I saw that I needed to install flash, and since I have the universe
lines uncommented, I installed flashplugin-nonfree.

At that point, the "puzzle piece" icons were gone in the flash panes,
but I still wasn't seeing the content that's supposed to be there (my
brother sent me a screenshot of it).  I'm seeing basically solid-color
blocks in those spots where the flash elements are supposed to be
running.

I'm not sure what's wrong, whether I need to install something else or
what.  Anybody got any ideas?
