Boot Error Messages

Hi:
I'm getting a couple of error messages during the boot sequence. These
are the way they show up in dmesg.
The first one is:
PCI: Cannot allocate resource region 0 of device 0000:02:0e.2
And the second is:
hw_random: RNG not detected
The PCI message may have been there for a while but the one that says
(during boot) that it cannot load the hw_random module showed up recently.
Anyone know if these are important and, if so, what I should be doing?
I'm running Ubuntu Warty with all updates applied. Kernel is 2.6.8.1-3-386.
Thanks,
Ed
