Dropping support for Mozilla suite?

One way I know of to get clicked links to open in another browser tab is
to install the Firefox extension "Tabbrowser Extension." You can then
configure Firefox to behave exactly as you describe (that's how I use
it). I can't remember if it effects how TB opening of links, but IIRC,
it does.
