CUPS bug in Warty?

I haven't had anything like that problem, but I do have a CUPS issue in
Ubuntu that I didn't have in Sarge.  It seems that whenever I reboot my
computer without also switching off my printer (a HP OfficeJet), CUPS
claims "Printer is busy".  This is fixed by switching the printer off
then on again, and Printer->Resume Printer from the Gnome CUPS manager.

Not a critical problem for me, since my printer is sitting on my desk,
but it would be a pain if I had to get out of my seat to fix it.  Seems
odd that I didn't have the issue in vanilla Debian.
