You can find the debian version here:
http://ftp.nl.debian.org/debian/pool/main/m/mozilla-firefox/
But why do you need this exact version? What program has this dependency?
And I don't know how easily one can install the Debian version of Firefox
on Ubuntu if at all. Mixing Debian and Ubuntu isn't a good idea in my
opinion...
