Gaim Encryption

I tried installing libgtk-2.0-devel, but it still wasn't enough for a
successful compile from source.



I contacted the gaim-encryption developper, and he explain that the
problem is that Debian doesn't have a gaim-devel package, which
installs the headers needed to install plugins for gaim, like
gaim-encryption. This is above my level of expertise, but maybe someone
will get the inspiration to create a gaim-devel package for
Debian/Ubuntu?
