Hottest (Free) Game In the Ubuntu World?

Well, it might not be what today's gamers are used to, and it is not
"hot", but I already spent hours and days playing frozen-bubble with
my girlfriend and my flatmate. The two-player modus is outright fun.

Clanbomber is also very nice. However, I'm not a big friend of 3D
games (well, tuxracer had kept me at the keyboard for quite a while).
