Thank for you answer. I have to say friends to do that. They don't want 
teenagers can access root privileges.
But why I have to made a chmod 666 ?
I see like this
crw-rw----    1 root     dialout    ttyS0
crw-rw----    1 root     root        ttySHSF0
First User can't acces dialout group ? If he can, the most easier it 
isn't to change the group of ttySHSF0. But I don't know how.
I ask this question just to know.
