xf86config-4: extra characters AD"

Basically I'm a linux newbie installing ubuntu on a pretty old system
connected to an lcd. As I finished installing it, the xserver failed
to start and didn't tell me much as to why. So I login and try startx
(something I learned from my high school's debian computers), and it
tells me that there is "AD" in line 81 of the xf86config-4 file and it
doesn't understand it. Knowing that I'm messing around but not caring
I went to delete it (learning new commands on the way hehe). Then
tried startx again and it told me that there was "AD" on line 90. So I
went to delete that as well and then restarted the gdm, and then it
worked. I don't know why this happened but I thought the devs should
know.
