3ddesktop, weird screen resolution

Hi,

I have followed this guide:

and I have installed the nvidia driver for my graphics card. 'glxgears'
runs fine.

When I run

'3ddesk --acquire'

and then '3ddesk', it zooms out and shows me my main virtual workspace,
but in a very weird screen resolution (very small and flickering). I am
running 1024x768 at 75Hz normally. I have to restart X with Ctrl+Alt
+Backspace to logout to return to my normal screen resolution.

Does anybody have an idea on what goes wrong ?
