Fatal error on shutdown

Anyone else run into this?  At the GDM screen, select "shutdown," then
Ubuntu sits at the tty1 text logon screen for a bit, and then bombs out with
"ipw2200 Fatal error" followed by a dump. (a SYSASSERT and 4 DMA_STATUS
messages). Not sure what's causing it, since I've been busy configuring the
machine, but THAT driver hasn't been touched AFAIK.  Maybe I'll try
re-installing it...
