Setting up DHCP server on eth1

I'm seeking direction on setting up a Internet Gateway / DHCP server
on my Warty system.
The idea is to have eth1 provide the DHCP service with NAT for the
other computers hooked up to it,
eth0 is working and it has a static ip address otherwise I have a
standard Warty install.

Anyone know of a helpful HOWTO document?
