Warty installer does not create SCSI device

MAKEDEV is the totally wrong approach on a ubuntu system....ubuntu is
udev/hotplug based if a module is loaded the necessary devices are
created by udev.....

load the sg module and adjust the cdrom settings for udev....everything
else is waste of time...
