Suggestion for new repository of software - new versions, ofsoftware in between Ubuntu releases

You missed the capital word "ALL".  

I said, ALL the latest stuff is never stable. Some latest stuff IS
stable but not all.  So if you create a new repository with ALL the
latest stuff it is bound to be unstable.
