AMD64 and ATI driver

Thanks for the info, Daniel.  Does anyone know if there are plans to
include this in the restricted area of future releases for AMD64?  Or if
there is a work-around?  I'd dearly love to be able to change my refresh
rate...60 Hz sucketh.
