Install Ubuntu without net connection

Hi!

I have started to use Ubuntu and I am quite impressed!
Since my Ubuntu computer does not have a connection to the internet
I am wondering how to install more packages than the ones included
in the official Warty CD. (I can access a computer with SuSE, a net
connection and a CD burner.)

It is clear that I could simply download each .deb package I can find
on archive.ubuntulinux.org and burn them - but there are to many of them.
So I would like to pick certain applications and install them and the
packages needed for dependency reasons. Is there a possibility to resolve
the dependencies automatically via apt-get?

Or do I have to use the newest set of Debian testing CD's instead?
I would prefer to use Ubuntu.

Stephan.
