Well, it was fun while it lasted...

...but I'm running into too many problems here.  Now, no newsreader
seems able to function...they can't even connect to my news server.  And
it ain't down, because I can ping it, and I can access it from my other
machines.  Also, Nautilus doesn't seem to want me to edit the menu at
all for some reason, and Quicken 2004 isn't liking WINE (Though I'd
heard it's supposed to work).

Anyway, i was messing around with the universe install of K, and decided
it might not be SO bad, if I can get everything else working. So I think
I'm going to play a bit with SimplyMEPIS, and if I can't get that to do
everything I need, I'll just go with straight Debian. 

It was fun working with you guys; Ubuntu is a good distro, and still one
I'd recommend to my clients and friends.  I just can't get it to do
everything I'm looking for
