Reply to-field in mailing list messages

As far as I use mailinglists, they all use the list as reply-to rather
than the user's reply-to.

I have noticed that it is all too easy to forget to do a reply-to-list
instead of normal reply, and have received several replies that were meant
for, or also went to, the list.
