if my wireless lan works - i will officially switch

Dear List,

Right now, I'm composing this mail in Windows XP and hoping this is my
last - if my wireless LAN works in Ubuntu Linux!

I have Dell Inspiron 510m and having a Intel PRO/Wireless LAN 2100 3A
Mini PCI Adapter.

In my initial installation of Ubuntu the installer managed to detect
my wireless card and I'm quiet positive it's a matter of making it
active in my normal operation mode.

Obviously, I'm a complete newbie in Linux as a whole and I'm very
fortunate to experience Ubuntu right away.

I'm already spreading a word the word about Linux and Ubuntu and many
friends will be soon using Linux.

Thanks for this great OS.

I hope somebody can guide me how to enable my wireless connection.
Still I have some issues in Sound and ADSL but I'll try to discover it
while I'm using my notebook in Ubuntu thus I'm online.

Please help as this is very significant step for me.
