Install ubuntu universe via CD's

I have installed ubuntu warty from the CD image, and I am quite pleased with
the distribution. Now I would like to install some more packages (mainly
development software) without having an internet connection with the ubuntu
computer. 

I can use another computer wich net connection to burn CD's with the needed
.deb packages. What is the simplest way to resolve the dependencies such
that I could burn a CD which contains all necessary packages to install
them?

I would like to start with some programs like 'anjuta' or 'bluefish' and
find all necessary packages to download and burn them.
