Parted corrupts the partition table - Bug 1566

Hello, all:

I saw an e-mail indicating that it is believed that this bug is fixed.
Is it believed that it is fixed in the Warty Release?  The bug
shows open in Bugzilla but it appears that there was a
patch uploaded on 6 October 2004.  Was that upload to
Warty?  Does this appear to be fixed?

Thanks very much.  I may appear paranoid, but this is a nasty
bug.  How can I tell from Bugzilla what version(s) the patch
was applied to?  Was it made to the Live CD release as well?
