That's the way RedHat/Fedora is (was?).  On one side it does separate
problems in their own neat compartments.  On the other, it does
promote a split in 2 of the community, and the heavy/knowledgeable
users will tend to drift toward only the test list, while they are
still very much needed in the stable list to answer the newbies
questions.

I guess business as usual is the best way to go for now.  But things
will work better if posters don't forget to mention with release they
are using when describing problems. (and it will also get more acute
of a problem in 6 months when we'll have 2 stable and 1 testing
release all floating at the same time)
