network-admin not working for my dialup

I have appended this to bug #2352 at
https://bugzilla.ubuntu.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2352

Would I be right in assuming that no ubuntu developers have dialup and
so can't test these things? If there I'd like to correspond because it
seems there are a few other things that may need ironing out.

I also had to correct my illiteracy. Now has no K.

Lex.
