qtparted: Depends on libparted1.6-0, should be libparted ?

Qtparted depends on libparted1.6-0 (>= 1.6.0). The current version of libparted is 
libparted1.6-12, which make break qtparted dependencies. 
Since qtparted build with libparted1.6-12, I think it should depend on libparted 
(>= 1.6.0), provided by libparted1.6-12.
