There is no stable, released kernel with version 1.0.7 integrated. Even
2.6.10 contains a mismerged 1.0.6 + a few patches from 1.0.7+cvs, which
makes it roughly 1.0.6 + {random patches}. If you are running Hoary and
have the 'universe' repo enabled, you can install the 'alsa-source'
package. Then read /usr/share/doc/alsa-source/README.Debian for
instructions to create your own ALSA (alsa-driver) deb.
That said, the Audigy LS support in current ALSA is crippled by the
rather shoddy underlying hardware. Not even 1.0.7 helps much - you need
1.0.8rc1 or newer and the 'snd-ca0106' driver (not the 'snd-emu10k1'
driver as in 1.0.7).
