USB headsets that are compatible with Ubuntu?

I'm about to head to the shops for some after-xmas exchanging, etc.
and was planning on picking up another USB headset to use Skype on my
Ubuntu PC. The software seems to work fine for IM, but I have to move
to a Thinkpad with Windows 2000 (for speaker-phone like conversations
using the built-in mic) or the PC using Windows XP (with a USB
headset) for actual conversations. Googling finds favourable reviews
of the Logitech USB headset with Linux, but wondering if anyone has
had any success on Ubuntu? If so, what brands/products?
