meld: the toolbar does not appear when using python 2.4

The version of meld available in Hoary has some problems with python
2.4. The toolbar doesn't appear and the following warning is issued:

(meld:11455): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: gsignal.c:1664: signal `pressed' is invalid for instance `0x8353498'


The previous version used to work fine with python 2.3.
