Problems with marillat repo and public key

Am getting errors under Hoary after adding the marillat repo and
running an 'apt-get update'. Gives a public key error.

Is it really an issue, or something I can safely ignore?

Is there any way to fix the key issue, as a manual browse appears to
show the key present.
