Newbie package question

enable the ubuntu universe for packages:
http://www.ubuntulinux.org/wiki/SynapticHowto

then just install the firestarter package from the universe with
synaptic, dont use foreign packages if they already exist in the
distribution, they may or may not work/install properly....
