I suspect you'll want the .tar archive. You'll need to find yourself
the instructions on how to build the package (it's easy FYI) on the
web site. You will be asked a number of questions (or maybe just one)
but the most important one will be to choose the OS. Since Ubuntu is
not on the list you'll want to use the latest Debain version (3.1
IIRC). Once you're done with that you'll be able to control it via
:10000.
