Hi Wander,

I kinda agree with the way you renamed the FAQ into

>1. send/receive mail
>2.open/create a word-document/spreadsheet/presentation
>3.chat with my buddies
>4.listen to music/watch movies
>5.use p2p-filesharing

By avoiding the technical/proper term it will easier for newbies to
understand.

And Oliver Grawert, thanks for directing me to the
https://www.ubuntulinux.org/wiki/LearningUbuntuOutline page. I like
they way the subject is organised.

Maybe this wiki page is a good place to start. Maybe after that we can
export it to other formats/standards such as DocBook, PDF and etc.
