[proposal] Newbie-FAQ or Everything You Always Wanted To AskAbout Ubuntu But Were Afraid To Ask

Hi Everyone,

Do you think we can produce something substantial and useful until the 
Horay release?
March 9^th     Horay pre-release/Gnome 2.10 release
March 30^th    Horay release candidate
April 6^th   Horay release

A Kubuntu release would also be a nice anchor.


I really like your content list and it is good to push things a bit, in 
order to turn the present interest and enthusiasm into a working project.


Which leads to the question: how do we proceed? We can not create the 
newbie FAQ using the user-list alone without driving everybody not 
involved mad.
