Setting Ubuntu to use a one button mouse

If you're on a PPC Mac the system will automagically set you up to use
F10-12 to emulate other mouse buttons (not exactly a great a
solution... modifier-click would be better for "right -click").

But, you can just plug in any multi-button mouse (USB) and Ubuntu
should support it (my TurboMouse Pro is!).
