firefox issues, this might be a gnome related issue, not sure.

I am having a trange problems with firefox. After opening the site, I
can go to booksmarked sites fine, but if I try to type anything into a
field (address bar, login for gmail or yahoo.) I get one letter and
the field and nothing else will type.  You can't backspace the letter
that is there and you can't type in other fields either.  I closed
firefox and have no problems in another browser. Rebooted and got two
pages to work before firefox did this again.
