Logo key problem in Ubuntu

Got a problem with Windows key and Ctrl-Shift-Tab.

Eg, in KDE menu editor, trying to add a shortcut with the Win logo key:

Let's say I want Win+E
I push the Logo key (keep pressing it) and I can see "Win+" in the
shorcut key sequence, still keeping the Logo key pressed I push the E
key then "Win+" disapears and the shortcut sequence is set to "E".

My XF86config is ok:

Section "InputDevice"
	Identifier	"Generic Keyboard"
	Driver "keyboard"
	Option "CoreKeyboard"
	Option "XkbRules"	"xfree86"
	Option "XkbModel"	"pc105"
	Option "XkbLayout"	"be"
EndSection

But there's something strange in xev output:

KeyPress event, serial 28, synthetic NO, window 0x2200001,
    root 0xb4, subw 0x0, time 338137, (-238,63), root:(860,905),
    state 0x10, keycode 115 (keysym 0xffeb, Super_L), same_screen YES,
    XLookupString gives 0 bytes: ""

KeyRelease event, serial 28, synthetic NO, window 0x2200001,
    root 0xb4, subw 0x0, time 338483, (-238,63), root:(860,905),
    state 0x10, keycode 115 (keysym 0xffeb, Super_L), same_screen YES,
    XLookupString gives 0 bytes: ""

Got this line that I don't have on my other computer (debian)
    XLookupString gives 0 bytes: ""

Does someone have the same problem ?
