When I "apt-setup" for "ftp" the console hangs

Hello Chuck
I have done what you have said, the update works fine (I've got messages
about "holes"), but if I try to get into the setup to change into "ftp"
nothing happens. If I can't get it running soon, I will install ubuntu
warty new, since I have recieved my CD today. :-)
