I've only used a single key, so no I have not direct experience with 
multiple keys. I believe you only need one of the key, but look
at /usr/share/doc/wireless-tools/README.Debian

Example of multiple keys:

    wireless_key1 0123â<80><90>4567â<80><90>89ab-cdef
    wireless_key2 12345678
    wireless_key3 s:password
    wireless_defaultkey 2
    wireless_keymode open

You will have to edit the /etc/network/interfaces by hand.

I'm not sure what your error is. What is "31ROSEBERY"? Your ESSID?
