Postfix expert needed for dialup config

I could not get postfix to connect via port 465 (maybe it's blocked
too, or maybe postfix did not use my syntax) ...

BUT I did get the mail to flush properly through the dialup ISP's SMTP
server. I was avoiding using theirs (so I could test postfix on my LAN
or dialup) but apparently they enforce it. Fastmail does provide paths
through firewalls but I won't try that for now.

SO it turns out the easiest solution is the best solution.

I may try the trick for reconfiguring postfix on ip-up and ip-down,
but at least the BASIC email works now!
