postfix to qmail

I have done this successfully on my Mac running Ubuntu.  The 
dependencies for Ubuntu-base and something else seem menacing when 
removing Postfix says it will remove them as well, but someone on IRC 
told me they are meta-thingies and won't actually get uninstalled. 
So just remove postfix with Synaptic and get started at 
lifewithqmail.org.
