Ubuntu and screen savers.... :-/

Did a quick search in Bugzilla for 'saver', prior to posting the bug,
and found this bug #4125, that looks the same.

Apparently it is related to ATI Rage 128 video chips, which I gather
many Apple machines use, which would explain why ROMeyn has the problem
as he has a Mac.  I don't have a Mac, but I do have an add-on ATI Rage
128 card...
