What I want for nautilus & gnome

As Christmas time is arriving, I would like to write a letter for the
Three Wise Men {or the Hundreds of Wise People} to tell what presents
I'd like to have below the christmas tree.
1.- A side bar in nautilus with the mark/label file option{yes, just
like the one we have in no-spatial-mode, with those emblems}. Just as
easy as one click to graphically remark what kind of directory is this.
2.- An unified behaviour of shortcut keys. No more Ctrl+T here, and
Ctrl+Shift+T there to create a tab. No more to Ctrl+_ in Texmacs, but
Ctrl+Z.
3.- As in Thunderbird 0.9, a filter that is a directory in Nautilus. On
the Title Bar of the window, a "Search://" beginning, and that false
directory can be remembered for ever, unless i delete it. Of course,
deleting the search DON'T delete its contents.
4.- A MIME Type selector which will allow me to decide that a .tm file
is for texmacs, not for firefox.
5.- My Wacom Volito working fine under Ubuntu.
6.- An unified set of characters. No more w/1212ird names in Windows
files, no more m?ss?ng characters in a console, no more trange symbols
in the mail.
7.- The computer monitor shutting down to power saving, and not only
blacking.

And I hope no one feels that this is a complaint. I'm totally in love
with Ubuntu, and totally pleased with the people in this list.

I keep on learning.
