Print to PDF

I just installed this and tried to use it.  Which driver am I supposed
to be using.  I tried Postscript, PostscriptColor, and Raw Queue, and
with all of them, the printer would stay on Paused status, even after
I clicked Resume several times.

Anyone know what the problem is?
