'BMP' ? Well, it's clone of XMMS, which, as I said in my first post, is
exactly what I am trying to replace in the first place ! ;-)

Still no answer about either Gamp or Eina, is there really nobody using
it ??

Zinf is my best bet, but as I said itmakes a huge mess of the file
names.. :o(

I guess I can only hope that by the time Hoary is out, Eina will be
mature.
