Simply adding a "2" after the word "apache" works well, but not perfectly, in the module setup. The best way is to search your / filesystem for "apache" or the specific line item then make the corresponding changes to the module setup in webmin.
Also, it would be real nice to have webmin installed by default in Ubnuntu or at least have an Ubuntu version of webmin included into the standard, non-universe, repositories.
E-mail me later if you need further help, but it wasn't too bad once you setup once. Also be sure to use webmin's config backup to make future installs/updates much easier.
OT: I just put a fresh install of Warty in and did the non-recommended method of dist-upgrade. Seems to be working fairly well so far and didn't break. Some exciting changes coming in Hoary!
