We try to keep the violence to a minimum on the list, so you're probably

Create an account and report away. I think anything you have installed
that is part of the supported repositories of Ubuntu should be reported
here. The ubuntu people will make sure the bug gets directed to the
correct persons, but correct me if I'm wrong.
